He is a great laugh but also an awesome teacher; his encouraging yet patient attitude meant I made quick progress and eradicated my mistakes without feeling under pressure. But on the days when things just weren't going right and it felt impossible, he instilled a confidence which I needed to push on and recover in order to pass my test, and that is what I value most. " I had the best time ever learning to drive with Andy, he is a fantastic driving instructor who doesn't just teach you how to pass your test but teaches you how to drive in every day conditions with confidence. I always looked forward to his lessons and now I've passed I am really going to miss them. Andy made me feel very calm behind the wheel and was always patent with me even when I kept making stupid mistakes.
I have already recommended Andy to everyone I know and I will definitely be doing my pass plus with him.

"You are a brilliant instructor with a positive attitude. Friendly and encouraging, even when I made the same mistakes over and over again. I really appreciate all the effort that you put in to get me ready for the test. I will always remeber the Maypole roundabout (my enemy) and the no of times you had to reiterate which lane I had to get in etc. I really admire the fact that there was not any time when you cancelled my lesson. Finally I would say if I can pass first time with you, I am sure anyone else can. "

"I came back to driving after several years off and felt a bit daunted by the task ahead, but Andy has managed a bit of a miracle: improving my confidence and getting me test-ready after about 20 hours of lessons! I passed my test first time (of this wave anyway, certainly first with him instructing!) and would heartily recommend Andy if you are looking for an instructor who is thorough, honest, with uncomplicated yet effective teaching methods, and always friendly and showing an interest in you as a person. I am very grateful for his help getting me through my test, despite the doubts I was having that I would actually pass and my obvious nerves!"

"Andy croft is a driving instructor in a million. If you want to learn in a completely comfortable and stress free learning environment you can count on andy croft! Even though i may have drove him mad ( and nearly crash) wanting to practise different things over and over again he is completely understanding so never hesistate to ask questions or anything! If you dont learn with andy you are crazy, give him a call and see what a fun/worthwhile driving experience you can have. Andy's character is so cheerful it makes driving lessons fly by and before you know you will be ready for your test! Thanks to andy for everything!"

"Andy is a brilliant driving instructor who quickly improved me from a beginner to a competent driver. After just a few lessons I felt confident with the basics of driving and after every lesson there was a noticeable improvement. His friendly and encouraging character made me feel comfortable and unfazed by new challenges because he was always there to help if there was any difficulty, but at the same time pushed me to succeed in new situations by myself. "I found learning to drive with Andy to be a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Unlike with a previous instructor I felt under absolutely no pressure to get things right all the time, but his friendly and effective way of teaching ensured that I had no problems with picking anything up.

"Having lost all my confidence due to a previous instructor, I had 1 lesson booked for me with Andy as a surprise, in hope to restore my self belief. By the time the hour was up I felt completely relaxed and comforotable with driving agian. Andy gave me so much confedience, and made me feel so relaxed while driving. I passed first time, after having my lessons with him. If it wasnt for Andy I would of gave up and never driven again, so a big thanks to Andy"
